VIRGIN PINA COLADA
½ cup pineapple juice ½ cup coconut milk 2 cups ice cubes Garnish: fresh pineapple slices and maraschino cherries or raspberries
1 Place all the ingredients (except garnish) in a blender, and blitz until smooth. 2 Pour into 2 tall glasses, garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry or raspberry on a toothpick, and enjoy.
