Start today! Take up walking. Don’t underestimate the power of a simple walk. Going around the block a few times every day will strengthen your heart and lungs, increase stamina and improve how you sleep. Keep your abs engaged, shoulders back and down and nice and relaxed, and your chin level to the ground. Take a swinging stride forward, allowing the heel to hit the ground first, and then roll the rest of the foot down. Walk like you mean it, and you’ll soon reap the benefits.
