Potato puree
PREP + COOK TIME 25 MINUTES (+ COOLING) MAKES 1 CUP (12 TABLESPOONS)
Peel and coarsely chop 2 medium potatoes. Steam potato for 20 minutes or until tender; drain. Cool slightly; push potato through a sieve. Stir in approximately 2 tablespoons of breast milk or cooled boiled water until smooth. Give your child as much puree as desired.
