COLOUR PUNCH PEAR & BLUEBERRY

MAKES ABOUT 200ml

INGREDIENT­S

• 2 ripe pears, peeled and cut up

• 75ml water

• 60ml blueberrie­s

METHOD

1 Place the pear, water and blueberrie­s in a small saucepan with the water and allow to simmer for a few minutes, until the pear is soft and the blueberrie­s have burst.

2 Drain, but keep the liquid.

3 Mash up with your stickblend­er until smooth. Add the reserved cooking liquid if necessary to thin the puree. ●
