COLOUR PUNCH PEAR & BLUEBERRY
MAKES ABOUT 200ml
INGREDIENTS
• 2 ripe pears, peeled and cut up
• 75ml water
• 60ml blueberries
METHOD
1 Place the pear, water and blueberries in a small saucepan with the water and allow to simmer for a few minutes, until the pear is soft and the blueberries have burst.
2 Drain, but keep the liquid.
3 Mash up with your stickblender until smooth. Add the reserved cooking liquid if necessary to thin the puree. ●
