#CRAFTING Pencil parade

Involve your child in the making of a fun pencil display box.

YOU WILL NEED

• A wooden block

• A drill

• Poster paint

• Pencils

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare your wooden block beforehand (read the tip), so that it is ready.

2. Drill 2-3cm holes in the block. Don’t drill too wide or ”cleanly”, because you might struggle to get the pencils out of the holes.

3. Let your child paint a face, character or pattern on the block. As soon as the paint dries, she can display the pretty pencil holder in her homework corner.
