Broccoli bites INGREDIENTS
• 1½ cup steamed broccoli
• 1 small apple, peeled, cored and grated
•1egg
• ½ cup oats (blended to a powder in a blender or spice grinder)
• ½ cup cheddar, grated
• 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients (except olive oil) together until pasty.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and fry spoonfuls of the mixture about 1 minute each side or until golden.
