Smooth sundae
INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup banana and mango puree
• ½ cup Greek yoghurt
• 1 banana, sliced
• 1 teaspoon soft brown sugar (optional)
METHOD
1. Layer puree, yoghurt and banana in pretty glasses or bowls.
2. End with a sprinkling of sugar and leave in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. (This allows the sugar to “melt”.)
