FIVE TIPS for perfect scrambled eggs
Make sure you whisk well to fully combine the yolks and whites and to incorporate air. This will give you light and fluffy scrambled eggs.
Add a little water to loosen the mixture.
Cook over low heat. You have to take your time with scrambled eggs and cook them low and slow (for a long time over low heat).
Use the right pan: make sure your pan is big enough, but not too big (you don’t want too thin a layer of egg in your pan, or it will cook too quickly). Also, use a non-stick pan to avoid that stuck-on layer of egg at the bottom of the pan.
Take them off the heat as soon as they’re cooked. Don’t leave them on the heat or in the pan for too long or your eggs will become rubbery.
