Preemie Connect is a support group for families affected by prematurity. It provides a safe space where families can receive emotional support. It also provides care packages from time to time, depending on whether members are allowed in hospitals due to the pandemic. The packages are filled with essentials for Mom and Baby because, let’s face it, no-one is really prepared for when a baby is born prematurely.
