KITCHEN HACK #1
MAKE BREAKFAST THE NIGHT BEFORE
One way to make sure your mornings are less frazzled and that you get to work with a smile on your face is to get breakfast ready the night before. In winter, it’s nice to wake up to the smell and warmth of cooked oats done in a slow cooker while you sleep. Or you can simply soak oats to make healthy, slow-energy-release Bircher muesli.
