FREEZE EXTRA FRUIT

You can freeze any and all fruit (like ripe bananas, berries, apples, pears and plums) to make quick smoothies in the mornings. This is the quickest way to get a healthy breakfast on the table – or to make a nutritious drink snack for you and your tot.

INGREDIENT­S

• 2 frozen bananas

• 2T peanut butter

• 2T cocoa powder

• 2 cups full fat milk

• handful baby spinach leaves METHOD

1. Whizz everything together in a blender, hand blender or food processor.

2. Serve in a sippy cup with a large spout or in a glass with straw.
