1 ARM CIRCLING WITH BIRD POSE

A Start with feet wide, toes out, knees out, and place hips down and back. Sweep right arm out as your body weight shifts right, leading with the elbow. Arms and body must move together.

B Then, drawing a circle, sweep left as your body weight shifts left. Draw continuous circles with arms, swopping swiftly from your left side to your right. Movement must be smooth and seamless with a focus on your breathing.

C Then sweep your left arm overhead as if to hold something between your fingers, shifting body weight left while right hand sweeps low.
