MY BROKEN HEART WAS HEALED
I had endometriosis and polycystic ovaries when I was about 26 years old and had a laparoscopy done to remove the cysts. I was told that I would battle to fall pregnant at the time. Then, about six years ago, a doctor did tests and told me that I would never be able to have children. That really broke my heart, as I always wanted children, three to be exact. Here I am today, and so is our little miracle and blessing, Gabriella Hilton, who was born on 21 September 2021, four days before my 41st birthday!
It was the best birthday present and most precious gift I could ever have asked for. My beautiful baby girl that I dreamt of and prayed for is here, and I am so thankful for this bundle of joy and the opportunity of being a mother.
It just goes to show that miracles do happen and that one should never give up on your dreams and hopes. My beautiful baby girl is living proof of that. She is the love of my life, and I am so grateful and in awe of her every day.
