Some no-cook purée ideas

Mash some avocado (full of essential fatty acids needed for brain developmen­t) or mix avocado and banana.

Mash some very ripe pears, mango, papaya or peaches.

Make a quick bean purée by mashing together a tin of butter beans (make sure it is sugar and salt free), a little crushed garlic (a great anti-inflammato­ry and suitable for babies from 6 months) and chopped fresh parsley.
