■ ARE YOU MOTIVATED TO WORK EVERY DAY? At times you’d rather not get up – but you must. A strong sense of motivation is key, as is being in the “office” at the same time every day, if possible.

■ DO YOU HAVE ASSISTANCE

AT HOME? You’ll need a suitable caregiver to cover for you Monday to Friday . If Granny’s not available, this means budgeting for a nanny’s salary. Your grocery bill will increase and, if your nanny lives in, your water and electricity costs too.
