ROAST PORK & APPLE ROLLS
PREP + COOK TIME 15 MINUTES SERVES 2
COMBINE ⅓ cup dijonnaise and 1 small chopped onion in a small bowl.
HEAT 2T of olive oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add 6 fresh sage leaves; cook for 1 minute or until crisp; remove. Add 200g thickly sliced roast pork to the pan; cook for 2 minutes each side or until pork is lightly browned.
SPREAD dijonnaise mixture over 2 Italian-style bread rolls, top with rocket leaves and pork.
COMBINE 1 julienned green apple with 2 sliced inner stalks of celery with leaves; add to rolls with crisp sage leaves. Top with lids.
