SMOKED SALMON & EGG TOASTIES
PREP + COOK TIME 10 MINUTES MAKES 2
COMBINE ½ cup spreadable cream cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill and 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind in a small bowl.
FRY 2 eggs 2 minutes until just set, in an oiled frying pan.
TOP 2 slices toast with cream cheese mixture, 50g sliced smoked salmon and fried eggs. Season and serve with dill sprigs and lemon wedges.
