FREEZE FOR LATER
BERRY DELICIOUS ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
■ 2 litres vanilla ice cream
■ 1 tin raspberries in syrup
■ 1 tin cranberries in syrup
METHOD
Leave the ice cream outside to melt until it’s soft but not quite liquid. Add the tins of berries to the ice cream, and mix well. Put the mixture in the refrigerator and leave overnight to freeze. Stir occasionally. Serve with a sugar cone, or bake some waffles for an extra special treat.
