Another sad dolphin death in Richards Bay shark nets

-

Ronel Volschenk

That is very sad. We love the dolphins.

Candice Kleynhans Beneke

They should’ve taken the nets down during lockdown.

Margaret Cloete

So sad. Remove nets. Let us enjoy the sea life. There is nothing much of a beach anymore and people are reckless.

Deon de Beer

Wow, some wise people! Remove the nets and let the sharks rather chow the people.

Sifiso Syanda Khuzwayo

They must just remove the net once and for all, and put one big sign that says SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Cheryl Arts

Take down the nets, the water belongs to the dolphins and the sharks.

In Empangeni they rather spend money on speed humps than fix portholes.

Why isn’t the money we pay for our car licences and driver’s licences not spent on maintaining our roads?

Alex Farrell

And also, vehicles swerve left and right to make it over. Surely a sports car won’t make it.

Mzwakhe Fisokuhle Mazibuko

I feel for the ambulance and fire engines racing to save lives. I hope the distance apart is legal too because the humps contribute negatively to the fuel consumption of a vehicle.

Dumisani Ndlela

Same thing applies just outside Empangeni on the road to kwaMthethwa. Useless speed humps. There are no pedestrians, no houses. Speed humps for sugarcane fields and bush. They are there for the benefit of the hijackers.

Rudi Edwin Cracknell

Even the speed humps on the old Mtubatuba road to Dover School are also painful. You can only clear them at less than 10km/h.
