Eagles soar to victory

ENSELENI soccer team, United Eagles claimed victory when beating uMfolozi’s Current Stars 1-0 in the finals of the Nelson Mandela and Albertina Sisulu Centenary Soccer Tournament held at the uMhlathuze

Central Sports Complex on Sunday.

Eagles received a cheque of R10 000 for their efforts, with Current Stars earning R5 000.

Participating teams on the day were Abafana Begazi, United Eagles, Zone 14, Blue Stars, uMhlathuze Citizen, African Callies, Real Mates, Current Stars, Mashushu Arrows and Movers United.
