Cuppa for Cansa high tea

Lo­cals gath­ered for a good cause at the first an­nual Cuppa for Cansa High Tea hosted by Melomed Richards Bay Pri­vate Hos­pi­tal last week Satur­day.

The event held at Wood­pecker Inn in Birdswood was to raise funds for the Can­cer As­so­ci­a­tion of South Africa (CANSA) House in Richards Bay.

Guests were treated to an af­ter­noon of lunch as well as ed­u­ca­tional talks from med­i­cal prac­ti­tion­ers on dif­fer­ent types of can­cer in­clud­ing cer­vi­cal, breast and head and neck can­cers.
