Maybe castrate them? Castration is any action, surgical, chemical or otherwise, by which an individual loses use of the testicles. Surgical castration is bilateral orchiectomy, and chemical castration uses pharmaceutical drugs to deactivate the testes.

A paedophile in a my area raped his own daughter, went to jail and was sentenced to about 8 years, but then was released only after 4 years or so. After a year or so of his release the community kind of accepted him, but then he victimised a neighbour’s 13-year-old daughter. That young girl’s innocence was compromised by the justice system of this country. I still maintain, announce his public hanging and see if any other rapist will ever rape again!
