This is the one type of oil your nails and hair crave! Load up on salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines or walnuts, flaxseed and eggs to get a sufficient daily dose.

WHILE the lockdown put a halt on all social gatherings and events, Bay Primary School learner Kirwin Reddy had his collection of over 30 model sports cars to keep him company. The nine-yearold, who is a luxury sports car fanatic, has been keeping his spirits high, tuning into car shows and collecting car magazines to keep up with the latest motoring trends during the Covid-19 pandemic. Attending motor shows, hot rods, spinning events and car show-andshine contests were top of the list for his weekends and he is looking forward to the return of all these events.

‘I have always loved cars and my favourite has to be a Ferrari.

‘The excitement of being outdoors, watching the cars race and showing off their speed gives me such an adrenalin rush,’ said Kirwin.

Meanwhile, he also takes a keen interest in supporting charity work and helps his mother, Jolene at the CANSA fundraising events and awareness campaigns.
