Bette Davis Suite
MARÍA CRISTINA HOTEL
‘The first lady of black and white cinema,’ Bette Davis, spent her final days of life at the María Cristina Hotel, where she planned every detail of her public appearances at the San Sebastián International Film Festival awards ceremony. The suite where she stayed, which today proudly bears the name of the legendary actress, draws the inspiration for its decoration from the Belle Époque and includes photographs of the artist during her time in San Sebastián, as well as a collection of films that she starred in.
The room, measuring 78 m2, has an entrance hall, an elegant oval living room with views of the Urumea River, a bedroom that features a king-size canopy bed and a full bathroom with personal hygiene products by Acqua di Parma.
