- By Eric Malpus

other end of the scale Fleetwood Gian had a good week scoring 38 points but it still wasn't enough to get them off the bottom spot as they are still 46 points away from Tom's team Real City.

In our Mark Carter Ladies Section Pauline's Vodka Army have taken a strong grip at the top by increasing their advantage over Barbra's XI to 30 points.

Linda's Team Tapas are clinging on to third place but they are coming under pressure from Winnie's Le Hombre Rioja who are in a rich vein of form due to her all Liverpool team.

No change at the bottom with Kim's Ginger United taking a fancy to being over the trap door as they have been there for the last 4 weeks.

It was a high scoring week in our Across the Costa's Golden Boot League, which enabled Graham's team Lloris & Gromitt to become the 8th team to reach the summit of this very competitive division. They replaced Bill's East Fifers who slipped down to second and are only 6 points behind.

Manchester City's Raheem Sterling and Liverpool's Mo Salah joined Chelsea's Edin Hazard at the top of the scoring charts in this Section with them all on 49 points.

Liz's team Cookies Crew could do with them in her side as they have been struggling for points in the last few weeks, which has left them 18 points adrift of Dave team The Hatters who have been dropping like a stone in the last few weeks.

Pauline's Vodka Army was this week’s top scoring side with a tally of 67 points which qualifies them for a place in the pot for our Monthly Wine Draw along with our lowest scoring team which was Ross's Casper's Bar who only man- aged 6 points in what was a top scoring week, mind you he did have Liverpool's Jordon Henderson in his lineup who contributed a minus 5 to his total. Mike's Super Saints won the draw for October.

Pauline's Vodka Army doesn't look like taking any prisoners in our Champion of Champions League as they have a mega 49-point lead over Joe's Keith Lard F.C. who won the Fantasy League 3 Years ago.

Down at the foot of the table Dave's team, The Hatters have a lot of ground to make up on Pam's People if they are going to get off the bottom spot, the distance now a formidable 36 points.

Manager of the Month for November has been kindly sponsored the Brew Rock in Albir, which is situated right on the front with super views. They provide music daily as well as serving up an excellent a la carte menu. This month's lucky winner is Pauline's Vodka Army who has had a fantastic month clocking up a massive tally of 164 points in 3 weeks. Adam's Equipo Sin Hombre was the runners-up.

Gary's team Crap on a Canary won this week’s breakfast for two at the Bar Code in Alfaz when his team moved up the most places from number 127th to 91st in the main League. By the way, Gary works at the Bar Code so he won't have far to travel for this super good Olde English Breakfast.

There were two replays in our K.O. Cup Competition, which saw Tommy's Quantrill's Raider beat Northern Reds by 53-25.

The other tie was won by Kemp United who disposed of one of our junior teams Baines on Toast by 45-18.

The draw for the second round will soon be up on our website and the ties will take place in the New Year.
