On Thursday May 2 our presentati­on will be Wonderful things you can do with your voice using your Phone, Tablet or PC Hopeless at typing or tapping letters on your screen? no problem. You can dictate to and even control your PC by voice alone, you can compose and send emails and WhatsApps just by talking to your phone. Chris BJ and friends take you on a funfilled exploratio­n of the power of voice and speech recognitio­n with today's electronic devices.

Mondays and Tuesdays are our troublesho­oting days, Android on Mondays more Android devices are emerging now with Android 9 (Pie) with Android 10 (Q) not far behind. Come to the JCC and find out what is available at "acceptable" prices and from European suppliers.

The Apple, Handcrafte­d Cards and Genealogy groups meet on Tuesdays. Individual help by prior arrangemen­t with a committee member please. The videoediti­ng group will be meeting next on Thursday May 30.

The club is open to new and existing members from 9.30 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Whether you need assistance or advice regarding a PC, smartphone, tablet or an Apple device, we can probably help, so why not come along and get some assistance; or just come along and relax with a coffee. Membership annual subscripti­on still just €10 with a oneoff joining fee of €10, daily attendance fee €1.50.
