The total cost of the damage is €2,782,720, distributed as €243,132 in demolition, €700,966 in retaining walls, €12,770 to repair the breakwater, €638,955 for paving, €376,548 for steps and ramps, €162,525 for equipment and furniture, and €647,820 for vegetation.

The town hall has also asked the regional government to foot the bill.

By areas, the report describes the damage of each of the beaches and coves. At Les Bassetes, the retaining wall on the north side has been damaged and landslides occurred on the south side. In addition, the wall that connects both sides has been totally affected.

At Cala del Mallorquí, the collapse of part of the natural embankment occurred and at Cala Calalga, the majority of the retaining masonry wall, the security fence and part of the road collapsed.

At the promenade of the beach of La Fossa there were damages of considerable consideration, including landslides and lack of sand.

On the Arenal-Bol beach, the steps and ramps require replacing, although the biggest problem is the lack of sand and the replacement of a wooden perimeter fence.

On the beach of Puerto Blanco there is a considerable decrease in the level of sand and the intermediate area of the breakwater, which is completely demolished, does not allow access to part of it.

At Cala de les Urques, the biggest problem is the detachment of the rear vertical slope, with lots of rocks in the area of sand.

In the description of the damages it was established that the majority of paving has cracks and loose pieces, and in the retaining walls there have been landslides and areas of great degradation.

As for the furniture and facilities, all the waste baskets and wash basins were seriously affected, as well as the lighting and the play areas that must be replaced. In the case of steps and ramps, there are areas where they have disappeared completely.

In addition, the majority of trees were affected, the storm uprooted palm trees and several planters were affected, which have now been removed for the safety of pedestrians.

The town hall is awaiting an answer to the request.
