U3A Vall Del Pop planned events

The U3A Vall del Pop is endeavouring to balance the needs and desires of some members to restart our Group activities,

The current position of those Groups who are planning to restart is:

Canasta – hoping to restart in October.

Cinema – will review position again in October.

Dining Experience – operating with numbers limited to 10.

Keep Fit – meeting Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10am and 11am, at Riu Rau, Jalon € 4. .

Open Forum – operating each Monday on Zoom.

Padel – meeting each Monday at Portal de la Marina courts.

Spanish with Pauline – restarted at Casa Claudia, Jalon.

Spanish Conversation – continuing virtual meetings on Zoom.

Walking Groups – Wednesday Group restarted with numbers limited to 10 persons, Monday Group hoping to restart in October.

Wednesday Wanderers – hoping to restart at the end of September/ early October.

Membership renewal period extended until September 30

Sept 30 – The Entertainers performing at Los Arcos, Pedreguer. Tickets € 10 – in aid of JVH.

Oct 1 – General Assembly at El Cid in Benidoleig. Speaker Clive Browning an Environmental Health Officer.

Oct 4 – Sponsored Walk, 5km or 8km, by the Goodwill Team charity fund. Entry fee € 5.

Oct 8 Coffee morning at El Cid, Benidoleig, in aid of Goodwill Team charity fund.

Oct 29 Coffee morning at El Cid, Benidoleig, in aid of Goodwill Team charity fund. Nov 5 – General Assembly. Nov 27 – Xmas Celebration Dinner at El Cid, € 28. Entertainment

by The Entertainers. Dec 3 – General Assembly. Dec 9 – Xmas Shopping trip to the Nueva Centre, Valencia.

December – ON HOLD Xmas in Nerja ( 6 nights and 7 days).

2021

March Trip to see Cirque de Soleil in Valencia.
