The new routes have been added to those which can already be viewed on Google Maps, along with the links between them and a route called the ‘ Anillo de la Huerta de Murcia’ ( ring of the Murcia countrysid­e), which has already been viewed more than 200,000 times. Details of them all can all be consulted on the website http:// huertademu­rcia. murcia. es/ huertamurc­ia/ rutas/. These include places of environmen­tal and historical interest as well as safety advice. All the routes have benches installed along them and are signposted with a specific design created for all the public spaces in the municipali­ty’s countrysid­e.

Until May 16: Season of children’s shows at Torrevieja internatio­nal auditorium, all of thich take place at 12.00 on the third Sunday of each month. Tickets € 6 for children and € 10 for adults, are available online from www. auditoriot­orrevieja. com, and in person, on weekdays from 11.00- 14.00 at the Virgen del Carmen culture, and the theatre box office two hours prior to each performanc­e.

May 16: Magic show, Días de nocilla y magia ( days of nocilla – a hazelnut and chocolate spread similar to Nutella – and magic)
