Plan ‘Paréntesis’ (bis) aimed at those sectors excluded in the first round of grants. Endowed with more than €700.000.
Rubbish tax subsidies, rebates on the amount of the first semester of the rubbish collection tax for local businesses. (Compatible with earlier subsidies). Endowed with €668,216
Subsidies for entrepreneurs who have been in business less than 5 years, for small and medium-sized enterprises, micro-enterprises, small businesses and the self-employed whose income has been reduced by the Covid. (Compatible with previous aid). Endowed with €126,733.
Individual aid to help cover the costs of the main residence for the long-term unemployed and pensioners with few economic resources. With subsidies of up to 75% of the IBI. Endowed with €30,000.
Birth grants aimed at the purchase of pharmacy and parapharmacy products purchased in local shops, for children aged between 0 and 3 years. Endowed with €100,000
Local Employment Plan. For the recruitment of municipal staff for six months. Endowed with €1,000,000.

The 5% IBI reduction is maintained. The IBI is fractioned and deferred, without interest on late payment, for people at risk of exclusion.
The taxes for occupying public roads with tables and chairs, opening licence fees, street market and flea market fees for the last quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022 and the tax for the occupation of public roads by taxis and bus stops are all suspended.
