Pay a visit to the Art Café

- By Lauren Staton

ANY art lover will appreciate the work that goes into producing an original piece of art. Looking at an original piece of work that is displayed in your home can give you inspiration and lift your spirit.

We are proud to present some outstanding local artists who have been drawn to Spain and have made their homes in the Costa Blanca. This is an area of spectacular beauty where artists from around Europe find inspiration from their surroundings and lifestyle. For these artists, living and experiencing the dream not only keeps their creativity alive but constantly motivates and awakens their senses.

Art Café has brought together a myriad of talents. You are invited to meet artists showcasing their work in an informal and friendly surrounding. Each artist is perfectly profiled so you can connect to their story. Owning a piece of original art is exceptionally rewarding. Whether you are already living on the Costa Blanca or you are a visitor to the area, the art created here has a very special message. If it speaks to you, it belongs to you.

The Art Café will run on Saturday, April 2 from 10.0015.00 on the terrace bar in Casa Claudia Jalón.

Organised by Lauren Staton, who is also a keen artist, the event aims to promote the talents of local artists who, in addition to their usual works, are all preparing small pictures of sunflowers to sell in aid of Ukraine.

Admission is free and we hope it will become a regular monthly event. The first one features 11 artists from north Costa Blanca.

Anyone interested in exhibiting at future events can get in touch with Lauren Staton at hello@xaloart .cafe.
