Villajoyosa hospital needs a translator
Villajoyosa's Marina Baixa hospital urgently needs translators. One of their translators who spoke nine languages retired a few months ago. Anybody interested in applying must speak Spanish, Valencian, English and French and have relevant language certificates to prove this. Any other language is an added bonus. Applications are to be sent to c_administrativa_dsmb @gva.es The hospital first started to provide translators in 1996, as approximately 35% of patients were foreign. Currently, the hospital says their translators do around 6,000 translations a year. Unfortunately, local health centres do not provide this service.
