La Nucía and Altea tax relief

The mayor of Altea, Jaume Llinares has announced that the collection of all council fees and taxes is suspended over the course of restrictions and the current state of emergency to reduce further stress on residents. It will include vehicle tax, rubbish collection, advertising on local radio, parking permits which will also be reduced.

In La Nucia, Bernabé Cano also made a similar promise to residents, adding that bills already sent out will have the payment deadline extended until April 30. He also urged SUMA to delay the collection date for rubbish and vehicle taxes until June 2020.
