Girl hospitalised after dog bite

A dog bit a 10-year-old girl at a home in Alicante city, for which she required hospital treatment.

An emergency services spokesman explained that the incident happened at about 14.00 on Saturday and an ambulance was sent to help her.

She had been bitten on the arm and the ambulance medical team treated her then took her to Alicante general hospital.
