Cooking with Dani during lockdown!

Many have come up with imaginative ways of keeping in touch with the outside world and engaging one another during lockdown.

Local Albir resident Dani Bowler is one of those – a MasterChef quarter finalist, restauranteur and private chef, Dani is giving live cooking demonstrations each week, streaming via Facebook at ‘Dani Bowler Private Chef’ He lists the recipe and ingredients that would be required a few days beforehand and what day and time the cookery class will be taking place…. then everyone cooks together from the comfort of their own kitchens! A genius idea and one that hundreds tuned in to.

Broth and this week a vegetarian option of Tomato cream pasta dish with homemade garlic bread… a simple, quick dish ideal for all to enjoy.
