British actress and TV panellist Linda Robson has unveiled a svelte new figure following an 18-month weight loss program, which saw the television celebrity shed an incredible 3st.
The 60-year-old, who is a regular on Loose Women changed just two things – cutting out all alcohol and following a sugar free diet.
She admitted that she would regularly drink a bottle of wine every night – government guidelines state no more than seven glasses per week but that some days should be alcohol-free and ate the sugary equivalent of 100 doughnuts every month!
She also took up yoga and joined a gym, enabling her to get down to a size ten!
The actress is best remembered for playing Tracey Stubbs in the sitcom Birds of a Feather, which began filming in 1989 but also appeared in The Bill and Crossroads.
