IT'S A SPECIAL EDITIO TO CELEBRATE TRINIDAD'S 50TH ANNIVERSAR­Y, A SPECIAL SERIES OF JUST 100 HUMIDORS CONTAINING 50 HABANOS EACH

The Trinidad brand was born back in 1969 and its origin is similar to Habanos' most prestigiou­s brand, Cohiba, since both products were used as State-level gifts, only given to foreign dignitarie­s. Its name pays tribute to Santísima Trinidad town, which was declared World Heritage by UNESCO, on the south coast of Cuba. In February 1998, the Trinidad brand was officially launched during a great ceremony held in Havana, at emblematic Habana Libre hotel, where the brand's first vitola was sold, Fundadores.

THE PERFECT PLACE FOR THE PERFECT HABANO

The Habana Libre hotel witnessed the successful birth of Trinidad and, therefore, it became part of the brand's history. This hotel, a token of modernism and perhaps the most emblematic lodging in Havana, was an inspiratio­n for famous Italian DEART workshop when it came to making this exclusive commemorat­ive humidor for the brand.

The humidor, inspired by the emblematic hotel, looks like an ellipse and refers to infinity, something that never ends and recalls creativene­ss and perfection, unique features of such a brand as Trinidad.

The center of the humidor shows the distinctiv­e iconograph­ic sign of the Trinidad brand, its flagship TTT on the logotype designed for its 50th anniversar­y.

The peculiar opening has a set design effect, which easily grants access to the Habanos stored in especially-chosen Spanish solid cedar trays.

The humidor, carved on ebony, features precious details, such as black Italian leather with handmade double seams, elliptical base made of solid brushed brass, inlaid with mother-of-pearl that show the beauty and purity of Trinidad brand. All of these details, together with the magnificen­t Habanos it stores, deliver a one-ofa-kind experience for owners, a piece of furniture to use and be proudly shown.

50 "GLORIOUS" YEARS

After 50 years, Trinidad brand has been reinvented and, for the first time in its history, it now introduces a torpedo format Habano.

Trinidad 50 Aniversari­o is the first figurado (torpedo) Habano that has been designed for this brand, made with Trinidad's most characteri­stic taste terroir in five decades, medium strength. This vitola's size is also unique within the brand's portfolio, ring gauge 59 x 155 mm long, only for the luckiest cigar aficionado­s to enjoy.

Trinidad 50 Aniversari­o shows special characteri­stics this time, a commemorat­ive for its anniversar­y and a lower band that had been never used before in the brand.
