A Luring Tradition
THE EMPRESA RESTAURANTES DE LA HABANA PUTS
ITS SMART MONEY ON
THE FUTURE BY REMODELING FLAGSHIP FACILITIES
AND COMING UP WITH A DELUXE GASTRONOMIC PROPOSAL
When the Cuban capital is set to celebrate its 500th anniversary, the Empresa Restaurantes de La Habana is down the stretch line of a long campaign of renovation and remodeling of those emblematic places that have deservedly basked for decades in the limelight for being the fanciest restaurants in town, with even some of them becoming larger-than-life gems.
Started in 2017, this process has given a new lease on life to such sought-after restaurants as Trastevere, Rancho Luna, Doña Rossina, El Bosque, Montecatini and El Cochinito. In 2018, that process expanded to El Caribeño, El Club 21, Hurón Azul, El Jardín, el Yang Tsé and the La Giraldilla de Santa Fe and El Vedado bistros, soon to be reopen.
As a company that pays close attention to quality and excellence, it's really proposing a deluxe offer to celebrate Havana's 500th birthday. Each and every one of its restaurants is engaged in bringing back the essence of flagship dishes that once put those restaurants on the map. The effort is aimed at making the new generations know a renovated Havana on the basis of its immaterial heritage, something that Empresa Restaurantes de La Habana treasures and spreads by the hand of those dishes that patrons can have in magic places scattered all across this wonder city.
