PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR OUR CREWS

Our cabin crews have received the necessary training in the new hygiene protocols recommended by the Spanish Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) and the World Health Organization.

HEPA FILTERS OFFERING OPTIMUM PROTECTION

The cabin air generated in an aeroplane is one of the safest there is.

Our filters renew the air every 2-3 minutes, purifying it and mixing it with fresh air from outside. Our aircraft have HEPA filters, also used in hospitals, which can eliminate 99.99% of bacteria and particles.

PREPARED FOR YOUR SAFETY

On boarding, we give each passenger a disinfectant wipe. Please remember that you must have enough masks with you to last the entire flight, according to the duration of the trip and the manufacturer's instructions. Strict safety protocols have also been put in place for the handling of waste after each flight.

INTENSIVE DISINFECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT AND INTERIOR CLEANING

All aircraft undergo a thorough disinfection procedure, approved by Airbus and the EU, that's effective for more than 24 hours. The blankets and pillows that you'll find on your seat are sealed and sanitized in advance.

MEASURES TO AVOID CONTACT WITH CABIN SURFACES

Pay attention to the safety instructions of the cabin crew and always try to follow the protocols and health recommendations they give you. Please remain seated in your seat and with your seat belt fastened. We also ask that you avoid queuing for the bathroom in the cabin; please wait your turn. Printed media/ magazines have been eliminated (they will be available in digital format). We only accept payment by credit or debit card on board.
