The Meliá Royal Tanau buffet has become an attraction in itself. The buffet offers hot dishes, seasonal fruit, selections of cold cuts and cheeses, bread, various flavoured olive oils, cereals yoghurts, dried fruit and juices. Besides the buffet, the hotel is home to the famous internatio­nal restaurant, Eth Cauder, whose menu offers diners a gastronomi­cal tour of the Aran Valley with local dishes, including pâté, foie, cheese, stew, Tanau steak, and more. And in addition, there’s a Snack Bar with an appetising menu, which includes one of the resort’s most sought-after dishes, the Royal Tanau hamburger – 250 g of beef with onion, roasted tomato, cured cheese and tender sprouts.

The hotel also organises experience­s for guests, immersing them in the local culture, from snow racquet expedition­s exploring the interestin­g surroundin­gs of the hotel to a picturesqu­e Romanesque tour through the Aran Valley.
