Paladar lleno y potente al ataque con buen equilibrio. Final largo.

Full palate. A powerful burst with good balance. Long finish.

2. Gorka Izaguirre G22 Bizkaiko Txakolina 2017 100% Hondarribi Zuri Zerratia Sensación afrutada con espacio para esencias florales en el sabor posterior. Its fruity sensation allows space for floral and balsamic essences on the aftertaste.

3. Gran Sello Macabeo Verdejo 2019 70% Macabeo, 30% Verdejo En nariz es rico y floral. Amplio paladar, fresco. Combina con marisco y pescado. Rich and floral in the nose. Ample palate, fresh. Goes with seafood and shellfish.

4. Luis Cañas Reserva Familia Rioja 2015 85% Tempranillo, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon Compleja variedad de aromas en nariz. Paladar potente, con presencia de taninos. Complex variety of aromas. Palate is full, with a good presence of tannins.

5. Ostatu Crianza Rioja 2017 90% Tempranillo, 10% otras Larga sensación nasal retro en boca. Aromas a fruta negra. Elegante y sedoso. With a lingering aftertaste in the mouth and aromas of black fruit. Elegant and silky.
