MADRID, LATIN AMERICAN GASTRONOMIC STAGE
Uno de los proyectos más relevantes de Madrid 2021-2022, Capital Iberoamericana de la Cultura Gastronómica es la creación, con el apoyo institucional del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, del Mapa Iberoamericano.
Se trata de una plataforma interactiva, 100% digital y gratuita, con un extraordinario inventario que demuestra la riqueza y la diversidad gastronómica iberoamericana que tiene Madrid, traducida en restaurantes y recetas, y disponible en la página web de la Capitalidad: madridgastronomica.es.
En ella, el usuario encontrará la información perfectamente categorizada por países y, a su vez, en cada país hay tres recetas emblemáticas con los mercados municipales en los que se pueden comprar los ingredientes.
One of the most important projects for Madrid – as 20212022 Latin American Capital of Gastronomic Culture – is the creation of a Latin American Map with the institutional support of the City of Madrid.
This interactive platform – 100 per cent digital and free – offers an extraordinary inventory that demonstrates the rich culinary diversity of Madrid’s Latin American gastronomy offerings, accommodating both restaurants and recipes, and available at madridgastronomica.es.
On the website, users will find information organised by country. In turn, each country features three iconic recipes and details of the municipal markets where the ingredients can be bought.
