CA Sri Lanka – INSEAD leadership program in March

The Business School of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is ushering in the New Year with a high-end landmark leadership programme aimed at corporate leaders, in association with INSEAD Business School, one of the largest graduate business schools in Europe and a global leader in executive education.

Owing to the overwhelming and sold out global leadership programmes held in 2011, the CA Sri Lanka Business School has made arrangements to organise yet another CA Sri Lanka – INSEAD global leadership pro g ramme in mid-march, which incidentally will be the third time the programme is held in less than one year.

The prog ramme scheduled for 14th to 17th March 2012 aims at g rooming highend corporate executives including business leaders with enhanced and global leadership qualities deemed a necessity in today’s ever evolving business context.

T h e f o u r- d ay p r o g r a mme wi l l o n c e again be conducted by renowned Professor of Leadership, Dr. Thomas Mannarelli from the faculty of the INSEAD Business School.

The programme will see a thought provoking outline aimed at enhancing leadership qualities of business leaders covering a wide range of topics including; vision and leadership transition; creative thinking outside the box; influence without authority; leading organization change; leading high perfor mance teams; decision making under uncertainty; ne gotiation dynamics and influencing for change.

D r. Ma n n a r e l l i , wh o h o l d s a P h D from the Haas School of Business at the University of Califor nia, Berkley and a B.S. in Business Administration the Indiana University, is a specialist in issues related to creativity, innovation and leadership in organizations.

The inaugural CA Sri Lanka – INSEAD global leadership programme was held in June 2011.
