Havelock City begins Phase II construction
Havelock City recently c o mmenc e d t h e s e c o n d stage of construction on its highly successful phase 2 of l uxury apar tments. T h e 2 t o we r s , L ay a r d s and Davidson, consisting 2 1 8 l u x u r y c o n d o mi n i - ums with 2, 3, 4 bedroom u n i t s a n d a nu mber o f plush penthouses will now undergo the construction of its building structure.
The construction is handled by Inter national Construction Consortium ( Pvt ) Lt d ( I CC). As Sr i Lanka’s leading contractor,

The successful first phase of the project, Park and Elibank towers are now in occupation.
