American Apparel chooses Oracle’s ATG Web Commerce to support business

American Apparel, a manufactur­er, distributo­r and retailer of branded fashion apparel, has chosen Oracle ATG Web Commerce and Oracle ATG We b C o mme r c e C u s t o me r Service applicatio­ns to help grow its global, multi-channel r e t a i l b u s i n e s s . Amer i c a n Apparel will use the Oracle applicatio­ns to deliver a personaliz­ed customer experience across all channels and touchp o i n t s, i n c l u d i n g t h e web, contact center, mobile devices, social media and in stores.
