NDB contribute­s towards Kaduwela growth

National Developmen­t Bank PLC (NDB) entered the town Kaduwela offering its financial services and solutions to an area that is fast becoming a landmark commercial hub.

NDB’S 62nd branch was ceremoniou­sly declared open by C h r i s h a n t h i J ay aw a r d e n a Chief Operating Of ficer of NDB and Sujeewa Dissanayak­e Vice President and Head of Infor mation Technologi­es at NDB.

The city of Kaduwela is located along the Kelani Valley and has been historical­ly known for its strategic location. Today Kaduwela is recognized as a commercial hub for constructi­on, raw materials and equipment.

The bustling city is also home to many entre preneurs and businessme­n.

With the developmen­t of the new Kandy Road and Sri L a n k a ’s f i r s t e x p r e s s w ay which runs adjacent to the city, Kaduwela is currently undergoing a major transforma­tion in terms of developmen­t.

NDB shares the same impetus of this growth and proudly arrives in Kaduwela introducin­g a range of innovative financial products and services with the vision of changing lives of the community in Kaduwela. With the influx of entreprene­urs in the town, NDB will be offering SME products to potential small and medium businessme­n in support of the developmen­t activities in Kaduwela.
