SIXTY-FOUR YEARS OF FREEDOM

When the island nation is celebrating its sixty-fourth year of hard won freedom, it is time for every citizen to remember those who sacrificed their lives to safeguard sovereignty and learn lessons from the past tragedies. In the current post war Sri Lanka, time is ripe for us to aspire for a lasting freedom, where rights of every citizen are ensured and the boundaries of division are eliminated.
