Asiri cracks second ton

Asiri Wickramana­yake cracked his second ton making an unbeaten 105 with 11 boundaries to give S. Thomas' the edge over Prince of Wales at the end of the first day's play in their Under 19 inter-school cricket encounter played at Mount Lavinia.

Prince of Wales taking first lease of the wicket was restricted to a low score of 117 while the Thomians in their turn made 212 which gave them a lead of 95 runs. The match will be continued today.
