Gang of four robbers in police custody

A gang of four men travelling by trishaw who resorted to robbery of cash and jewellery was taken into custody by Piliyandala Police

Police said they had received several complaints against the gang from their victims.

The trishaw used by the gang was seized by police. The suspects were to be produced before the Kesbewa Magistrate.
