RED EPPER PORK

4 tbps oil

2 Onions chopped

1 kg tomatoes chopped

1 tsp sugar Seasoning

400g red peppers

750g chopped pork

Corn flour

Coat pork with seasoning and cornflour and fry till brown. Remove from heat. Sauté onions till golden,then add tomatoes. Cook till thick and add sugar. Slice peppers,add to tomato mixture and cook till tender. Add fried pork and cook until the pork is coated with the tomato pepper sauce.
